Please return your Artkive box to us within 6 months of your purchase date. If you need longer than 6 months, please ensure that your label is still valid before sending in your box.
For orders placed on or after 3/26/2026, a $75 order deposit will be collected at the 6 month mark if your box has not yet been received. The deposit will be applied toward your final payment invoice when you later send in your box.
