If a product arrives damaged, please take pictures of the product and box and email us immediately at help@artkiveapp.com and we will be happy to replace it for you!
NOTE: if your product arrived damaged and you do not reach out within 30 days of the product being delivered, we will not be able to provide a replacement free-of-charge. To receive a replacement free-of-charge for an item damaged during delivery, you must notify us within the 30 day timeframe.
