All of your art is safely stored in the cloud, so anything successfully loaded into the app cannot be lost. If you lost your phone, just reinstall Artkive on a new device and log in using your credentials. If you’re having trouble logging in or getting an error message of any kind, please email Artkive Help and we will help you get it figured out.
Artkive is a membership service, so you may just need to sign up for, or update your membership.
