To redeem your gift card, go to https://www.artkiveapp.com/giftcard then click "redeem a gift card". A window will pop up where you'll type in the number from the back of your physical gift card or the number provided to you from your e-gift. Once you enter your code, you'll be taken to box checkout with your gift card amount applied.
