To add a special page layout to your book using out page layout beta feature, from a desktop, (not currently available on mobile) in the editor, click on the first image in your book.
Note: If you do not see the editor and are in the book wizard, complete the book wizard first and then your book will open up the preview and you can click go to editor.
If you do not see the sidebar come up, try clicking on the image again.
In the right sidebar, click create a page. This will NOT remove or replace the image you are currently on, it will just add an additional page to the book.
From the left sidebar, you have a variety of options for page layouts you can use to customize your book. In each layout type, on the left sidebar, you can choose from different custom options like background colors, fonts, text & more. In the right sidebar, you can drag and drop images from your book or gallery to the page. If you want to upload an image, go to My Gallery and then click upload.Once you are happy with your creation, click add to book to add your page to the book.
Some things to keep in mind:
-Your new page does not remove or replace any images in your book, it is a (free) addition. If you created a multi-image page, you may also want to remove the images you used from the book.
-The cost of your book is related to the number of pieces sent in your box, not the final number of pages you end up with in your book. Reducing the amount of pages in a prepaid book by using the multi-image pages will not alter the cost of your prepaid book or qualify for a credit or refund.
-If you chose a colored backdrop for your page, it will not print full bleed.
-This is a beta feature. We encourage you to get creative and have fun customizing your book, but we also ask you to review your creations carefully. Reprints for any errors you make when creating page layouts are not covered.
Always make sure to preview book before approval to see how the printed page will actually look!
