Book pricing depends on the amount of pages. For DIY books, the pricing is as follows:
Base cost for 20 pages/images: $25.00
Pages 21-100: an additional $1.00 per page
Pages 101-200: an additional $0.50 per page
Pages 201-350: an additional $0.25 per page
Plus Shipping (typically around $7 for US orders, $25 for International)
