All of your art is safely stored in the cloud so anything successfully loaded into the app cannot be lost. If you lost your phone, just reinstall Artkive on a new device and log in using your credentials. If you're having trouble logging in or getting an error message of any kind, please contact us here and we will help you get it figured out. To ensure your images successfully load, we recommend using Artkive when on a wifi connection.
If you have more than 40 images in your account or you've had your free trial for more than 6 months, you will need to sign up for a membership. Please contact help@artkiveapp.com with any questions.
