Artkive Box Starter Kit purchases are refundable on the same day as your purchase minus a $5 cancellation fee. Once your Artkive Box Starter Kit has been sent, the $39 initial payment is strictly non-refundable. Please note that Artkive purchases do not expire so they can be saved and used at a later date.
You must reach out to Customer Service at help@artkivebox.com on the same day as your order to cancel. If you have already reached out, please make sure to leave your request open so our team can assist you.
ONCE YOU SEND YOUR ART TO US, AND IT HAS BEEN PHOTOGRAPHED, YOU MUST PAY THE COST OF DIGITIZATION EVEN IF YOU CHOOSE TO NOT HAVE BOOKS PRINTED. THE DIGITIZATION COST STARTS AT $45 FOR THE FIRST 25 PIECES OF ART AND THEN EACH ADDITIONAL PIECE THEREAFTER IS CHARGED AT $1.25 PER PIECE.
